Ever wonder how all the used linen moves from your unit to the laundry? Ever wonder how it all gets washed and prepared for the next use? How about all the employees who serve us every day? Where do they clock in for work and how much training do they get? Certainly, it does not just "happen".

Paul and others have been curious about this too. To help understand the complexities of the many jobs that are performed every day of the week, Grupo Vidanta allows up to fifteen participants to go on a tour of the Back of the House. The tour takes place in the long, white parking garage, east of the Grand Mayan.
